HOW TO ORDER: There are 3 ways to place your order from donspoolservice.com web site. You may order from Our Online Store and/or use one of the following:
1. Shopping Cart: If the product you wish to buy has a "buy now" or "add to cart" button by it, Just click the button to add the item to your shopping cart. When you’re ready to check out, just click the "check out" button on the view cart screen and fill in the required information. We accept credit cards. We use Paypal and offer Paypal Express Checkout if you have a Paypal Account. With Paypal Express, we don't see your credit card information, it is processed from your existing Paypal Account through Paypal itself.
Shipping is included in all pricing on the website and items are available to ship within the Continental U.S.
A $5.00 flat rate handling fee will be charged for all orders. (It may show as a flat rate shipping fee, but it is a handling fee) In New York State, 8% sales tax will be added.
2. Call Us: You may place your order by phone during the following business hours. We accept credit cards by phone. Ph: 607- 742 - 8845 or 607-733-4450* *This is also a fax number. Hours: M-F (8 A.M. - 5 P.M.) All times are Eastern Standard Time.
3. Mail: You may print out the on-line order form for Pool and/or Spa Chemicals and mail it to us with check or money order. You may also write down other online item(s) with the item # and Price(s), your name, address, and phone number, and mail it to us with a check or money order. Please include $5.00 flat-rate handling and NYS 8% sales tax if applicable. Item will ship when payment is received.

Out of U.S.A. orders: We do not ship outside the Continental U.S.
ORDER PROCESS: 1. Your order will be reviewed and checked by our product specialist. 2. The order will then be processed through our order department and a confirmation be emailed to you within 2 business days. 3. Review your order and let us know if there are any errors. 4. If there are any problems or extended shipping times (please review our estimated shipping times below) We will contact you via email or phone. 5. BILLING: All Credit card charges and invoices will show up in the name of "Don’s Pool Service" or “donspoolservice.com”
SHIPPING CHARGES: All shipping charges are included in the price and we ship within the continental United States. We currently do not ship outside of the continental U.S. A $5.00 Handling fee will be charged for each order.
RUSH SHIPPING: We are not able to offer Rush Delivery.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES: Don’s Pool Service ships by UPS, or FEDEX if possible, or by Truck for large items. Different products ship from different warehouses in the U.S. & shipping times will vary depending on the items ordered. We always try to ship your complete order from the same location but sometimes this is not possible and you may receive some items before others. Shipping times vary depending on the carrier. Large Items that ship via Truckline are stated in item description on the website.
Stock orders
generally ship 2 - 5 working days after the order is through processing.
UPS
You should receive UPS shipped orders 5 - 7 working days after the order has been placed.
Truck Orders
Order shipped by truck generally take 7 - 14 days until delivery. When your order reaches the dock in your city, the freight company will call you to arrange delivery. You must have someone home to accept the order. Please read our Truckline Shipment Flier if you place an order for such an item so you are prepared for deliver.
SALES TAX: If you ship an order to a New York State address, the current tax rate of 8% will be added to your order. If you are a tax-exempt organization shipping your order in New York State then we require a copy of your tax-exempt certificate.
CANCELLATIONS: You may cancel your order at no cost to you if the item has not been shipped or if production has not begun. Call our customer service department for a status on the order you wish to cancel and they will inform you of the status of your order and if there will be any charges for canceling the order. After an item has shipped or production has started, the item is then classified as a return and all applicable return policies will apply.
Cancellations: If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, you will be charged for all shipping charges (both ways) incurred and a 20% restocking fee.
Refusal of shipment: If you refuse the order, you will be charged for all shipping, delivery & storage charges incurred and a 20% restocking fee.
RETURNS: RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED donspoolservice.com accepts returns only for orders or shipments that are in our error. To request return authorization, call our customer service department at 607.742.8845 or e-mail Customer Service for return authorization.
Return Policy: We believe it is our job to enter and ship all orders quickly and accurately. However, despite our best efforts errors do occur from time to time. We take full responsibility for any order entry or shipping error we make, while minimizing any inconvenience to you. For that reason, it is important that you notify us as soon as possible about any error we have made by contacting us by phone: 607-742-8845 or 607-733-4450, or by e-mail: Customer Service We will take responsibility for all errors reported within 7-days of your receipt of order. We require the return of items shipped in error prior to refund. We will place an order for and ship the correct item (at your request).
Definitions of Order Entry / Shipping Errors by donspoolservice.com 1. We ordered or shipped an incorrect item quantity, resulting in you receiving more or less of an item. 2. We ordered and shipped an incorrect item, resulting in you receiving the wrong product. 3. We entered an incorrect "ship-to" address, resulting in you not receiving your order. 4. We failed to ship an item that is on your order receipt.
Replacements: If an item has an immediately evident Manufacturer's Defect, * this issue is usually resolved by shipping a replacement item. We do not issue a refund for Manufacturer's Defects. *Warranties: All warranties of the manufactures are passed on to you and they are responsible for them. We will assist you with warranty claims. Manufacturers who do not have customer friendly warranties are dropped from this site. We make warranty registration forms available on our site for your download and processing.
If an item is lost by UPS or an LTL Carrier it is an issue solely between the customer and the shipper. Don's Pool Service / donspoolservice.com will not take responsibility for lost items. Tracking information is provided to customers so that they may make a fair assessment of what may have occurred.
REFUNDS: You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 7 to 14 Business days after we have processed the return.
PRIVACY: This web site does not gather or keep information on visitors unless you request to be on our mailing list, we may use your e-mail address for additional e-mails to you so you may track your order. We do keep information on our customers. We do not sell customer, or visitor information or addresses. Any information you provide us is used by our company only. We do not send paper catalogs.
Local Services such as Pool Openings, Closings, Weekly Maintenance, Pool Installation, and Liner Replacements are only for our local service area listed within the website.
